Negotiate is an art, and like any art not everyone can do it, they can try but only the ones that really know how to do it will be able to master the art of negotiate. That is the first step, you have to stand up and be assertive, don’t take a no for an answer. Everything in this life is negotiable if you know how to do it.  Always make the first bid. When you are negotiating for a product, be sure to always be the one on making the first bid. There are two sides you can be on, the seller or the buyer, either way you always have to be the first one.  My 4 P’s Hey again, welcome back to my blog, on this occasion more than an explanation about a business topic I’ll tell an anecdote or an experience that I had or well have with marketing mix. This blog will be a combination between experience and explanation of what the marketing mix is. Before we start with our little story we have to know what is marketing mix and the four aspects is made of. Marketing mix is the combination of the minimum variables necessary to be able to develop efficient and effective strategies for the selected market. How to be a good leader Leadership is defined as the action of leading a group of people or an organization. But is not easy to be a leader, a leader requieres a lot of skills and competences so he or she can be a leader to a group of people. To be a good leader there are many things you can work on but there are nine main point that are the bases so you can be a great leader. Learn from other leaders, work to build skills, believe you are a leader, take up tasks, share your ideas, listen to others, learn how to delegate and treat other leaders with respect. First to be a good leader you have to learn from other leader.
