My first post

 Who is Sebastián Garcia?

Hey, first of all let me introduce myself, my name is Sebastian García de la Paz, I’m a Mexican kid well more like a teenager who lives in Merida and who throughout the last three years has been moving around from one city to the other. I’m only 17 years old and I’ve lived in three states and two countries. I was born and raised in the state of Mexico until I was 14. During those years I went to same school for ten years, Colegio Franco Ingles, then I moved to Campeche where I studied ninth grade. After that I went away for a year to study in Canada, specifically in Ottawa where I lived things I would never imagined to live someday, I met a lot of friends there, one of them is studying in the same school as I am right now. Then I moved to Merida where I studied tenth grade and where I’m studying eleventh grade.

Through my life I’ve practiced several sports, I tried Karate and swimming in elementary school, but to be honest I never really liked them. Then I practiced soccer for six years, during all those years I was the goalie for my school’s team, as you can imagine I was the cliché kid to be goalie, I was kind of chubby, not very tall and I wasn’t afraid of jumping in the air to try and stop the ball, even tho I had my fun all those years I decided it was time for a change, I got into a diet and I started playing American football. I cannot tell you how much I love that sport, it taught me a lot of things, like discipline, respect, hard work and it gave me a new family, for those who haven’t played football, being in a football team is like being on a family, everyone has each other’s back and they are always there for them. I spend four years playing football, and then I had to moved to Campeche, I tried calisthenics there and athleticism only so I could keep my resistance and strength. Then I went to Canada where I practiced three different sports, first it was soccer, where obviously I was the goalie, I even got a MVP medal for that, then I tried wrestling, it was fun the first month or so but then I lost interest, after that I joined the rugby team and dear god I fall in love with that sport since the first game. The adrenaline running thru my veins and excitement I got from every hit and every tackle, I don’t know how to describe that feeling. I also won an award for rugby, the sportsmanship award. Then I moved to Merida, I spent six month doing nothing and getting fat, but then I joined a football team call Lobos, I never really liked the team, I never felt the same way about them as I felt with my team in Mexico City, they didn’t feel like family to me.

Now let’s talk a little bit about my life during this pandemic. Just a few weeks before the pandemic started and we al, got into quarantine I had a little workout routine that helped me get a little stronger, I did that routine for twelve weeks, it was just a simple workout that I saw in tiktok. I started with a small amount of reps for each exercise, there were six exercises in total, and every Saturday I would add one more rep for each exercise. I did that routine every night the seven days of the week, then my father told me I was going to burn my muscle so I gave me a rest day. After the three months I changed to a more specific and elaborate routine that target every big muscle of my upper body, I had a six exercise routine for tricep, chest, back, shoulders and a five minutes workout for bicep. As I did with the last workout, every week I added one more rep to each exercise. If you ask me from where did I get the routines, I made them by watching different YouTube videos and combining exercises from the different videos. The way it is structure my workout plan is Monday I do tricep and chest; Thursday is back and shoulders and finally in Saturday I do bicep, I’m getting kinda pumped doing exercises that doesn’t requiere any equipment, only myself and some space in my room. All the exercise I leave it for the night, during the day I mostly spend my time watching Netflix, playing video games, trying to launch a clothing brand or getting a girlfriend that after 17 years I finally got one.

That would be all for this blog today, comeback next week for my next blog. I hope you enjoyed this little blog about myself. I’ll leave down below some pictures of myself so you can get to know me better.
